Narrowing down and alty whine source....?

So the dreaded alty whine strikes again. I'm positive that my trunk power/grounds, hood, power/grounds, and amps to speakers connections are solid. I'm thinking it's being cause by the RCA's somewhere down the line (cheap RCA cables), or the the proximity of wires behind the HU and EQ that could use a tiddy'ing up.

Should I start back by the amp with different better quality rcas and work my way forward unplugging and trying to isolate the problem? or start near the HU? any other advice for narrowing down the aly whine?

check wire locations wire ran through and around other electrical devices .

reconnect NOT CHECK reconnect power wire at fuse holder

check/disconnect rca's throughout setup and if anything replace ..

cleanup wire mess
