Mainly for the xovers..

But I loved my first set of Rainbows and dont think you could go wrong either way.

personally id go with the rainbows just because Im running rainbow in my truck and I know the quality and sound they produce. Ive never really heard the Morels though

If you go with the Rainbows then definitely go with these instead:

I think the mids are the same as the ones you posted but the crossovers have a lot more flexibility and they use the Cal 25 tweeters. Probably a little more than the ones you posted but worth it no doubt, the tweeters are very nice.
