As far as skipping goes...you'll find MANY high end 'audiophile' decks suffer from this, not just naks. It comes at the expense of a fine,precision based reading mechanism. If you are relying on audio from memory of an anti-shock mechanism, then its not the deck for you. SQ is the name of its game, no frills.</p></blockquote><p></p>
