My town's version of a haunted place!!!!

We used to have an abandoned mental hospital about 20 minutes south of me that was pretty freakyl, but it was torn down a few years ago.

Not really a "creepy" place, but I've been to this old limestone factory that was closed down about 10 years ago. Left a whole lot of stuff behind. The offices still had all the file cabinets with documents and everything. Kinda weird.

Also we got this haunted place called "axeman's bridge". Only been there at night, and it's creepy as hell. It's about 100 feet back into the woods off a little 2 lane road. Not sure what it used to be for or how old it is.

There was this supposedly haunted house on the outskirts of our town.

I went to it for the first time 2 Halloweens ago.Dangerous place cause the floors are falling in as well as the roof. My friend fell through the floor. But there were several sheds and stuff around it.

Noone had ever been through the sheds or anything. Me and my friends broke into them and was surprised to find what we are almost positive was a meth lab. That was kind of scary. At one point that shed had been padlocked up. There were all kinds of ingredients for meth in there, plus a distiller type thing. It was a very weird feeling.

Wish I had it. This was about 3 years ago. Next time I see my buddy I'll see if he's still got the pic and I'll scan it (last time I saw him was several months ago since he's at a different college now). He was using one of those disposal cameras so its not quite as easy to obtain. I'm not the type to BS or anything, it was just interesting as heck to what I saw. I even thought it was the flash but it wasn't.

lots of places near me being from a civil war town, there was a battle like a block from me and a major battle probaly 2 blocks from me. I live about 15 miles from sharpsburg too, I go there alot as I am a big history buff. Fun and scary stuff around. Lots of stuff around here. Also about 15 miles from the so haunted Burketsville. Sucks we cnt do spook hill alot anymore cause of all that shit a while back, cops patrol there alot cause people were very degrading to the towns people and things around there. They are kinda funny though, on sunday they dress up like colonial days and go to church.

My cousin lives in the outskirts of Warsaw in Poland. There are a lot of old German bunkers and tunnels, in the woods, next to his house. He told me once that while hiking through the area, he heard people yelling in German and what sounded like cannons and gunfire.

then again, there is a lot of Mafia activity in those woods.

my grandparents house is haunted. not going to go into details, but im 19 and i still hate being in that house...

ya, well there has only been one thing that was like the ghost or w/e was being a *****...this makes me want to tell my stories ****it, here goes.

well my grandparents bought their house brand new, so i have NO idea why its haunted, it must have been built on a bad place or something.

but they used to hear babies crying in the closet of my grandmothers room. my grandpa woke up one night to see someon hovering over him, he thought it was my uncle but it turned out it wasnt...

they have seen shoes walk across the floor(with no one in them.)

they had the house blessed once and the lady said she saw a figure walking in the back yard that was completely dressed in black...

my story: me and my mom were staying with my grandparents because my dad just got transferred with his job, well i woke up one night and there was a person standing in the doorway, it was completely white, the face, clothes, everything. it kept saying SSHHHH SSSSHHHH (like when someone tells you to be quite) well i thought it was my dad so i woke my mom up, she said it wasnt and just to go back to bed. well the next morning when everyone woke up, all the doors in the house had been unlocked and left opened, and all the outside lights had been turned on...

the most recent thing that happened, which this happened a few years ago, was my grandma was on the phone talking to her sister, and her bed started shaking. she imediately got off the phone and started praying, shes very religious, and it stopped......
