Hello,

Due to some out of control posts on here, I will address a few things.

This is Johnathan Demuth, the owner and CEO of T3 Audio.

Today it was brought to my attention that some equipment, which was reported stolen from the Alabama/ Florida area was for sale on here.

Previous to that, we have had numerous calls from people being scammed on the internet, while buying advertised T3 product with a very low price. In the end, they receive nothing. Most of the complaints are from transactions on this site.

My intentions with some of my posts earlier today, were to address the sellers of this product..... while my comments were very much mistaken.

My comments were in effort to protect you guys on this website, and not to offend you guys..... We are trying to protect the forum users from losing the $500, $995, and even the $2,000 rip offs on the net. Yes, these are 3 of many actual prices...

Like I said, my intentions were to protect, not offend.

If you see new T3 Product on here for a "great" deal, we will be happy to answer questions by email as to the validity of the sale.

We do not allow internet sold product by dealers, or by sponsored individuals.

We wish everyone the best luck.... and hope the best for everyone I-transactions.

Please realize that we should all be looking out for eachother on these forums, and not bashing eachother for no good reason. Times are tough, lets protect eachother on the net.

Like I said, my intentions were good.

Sometimes typing things quickly does not fully tell the story.

We would do anything to better audio and to help people....

Anyone who has dealt with us directly knows this 100%.

Why would people call the original manufacturer about being scammed on a Forum?..

.....granted it was ur product but i dont see me calling DJ if i dont get an AQ from someone i bought one from on here?

The Hall County Georgia Sheriffs department and Montgomery City Police will be notified as to a few things going on here in the classifieds.... at 9am tomorrow.

Ok johnathon thats how it should have been handled in the first place... the only reason i took it the way i did is because i was one of the sellers that was selling the subs at a cheap price and im not by far a scammer... i understand what ur saying u just should have worded it a little better then the first post

I appreciate this revised post. Im sure you are good guy and do good business but your original wording was just way off, I am glad you are looking out for us but just wondering, why would people call you if they get scammed on here. This forum has no association with you and you would never be liable for something like that. Thanks and good luck on sales though
