the damage from them dropping it is pretty evident. Either get them to reimburse you or file in small claims court.

man that sucks.. awhile back there were like 5 threads of broken claws... im so glad mine game perfect with the way it was packaged. cardboard box and packing peanuts only... scary stuff, but it came without damage.. My your motor looks sexy though. mine has all kinds of oxidation on it.
