they arent stock i know for sureit was a 1/2 ton but he put 3/4 under it

ok thats cool, make sure that front end will hold up though. my dad did the conversion on his, but left the front end stock, and broke it before, not sure what part it was though that went out... its just a lot of tire mass especially trying to turn them in the mud, the Dana 44's dont always hold up.

The transfer case might be the only other thing i could see having issues with, but more than likely it will be ok. we snapped 3 of those NP205's pulling out other trucks, they dont hold up well under a lot of pressure lol. Atlas would be better, but much more expensive lol..

if its a stock 3/4 ton its probably a 14 bolt rear, maybe Dana 60 front. some guys claim 3/4 tons and only have a Dana 44 front... they still hold up pretty good as long as you keep the tires under 40".

Correction:

Dana 44's are good up to a 35" tire.
