Looking at running the same amps. Let us know how you like the 2000 because not too many peeps out there running them yet.
Somebody told me the 2000.1 uses 4awg inputs and I called bs, is it true?

well they are totally wrong. ive ran a 2000.1 before and its the best amp ive played around with for under 300. they have 2AWG inputs. u can fit 1/0 but u just have to trim it down just a hair but not that much.

One of my close friends has the 2000.1 and we squeezed the old KNU klmx in it, like lade said, just a little bit of trimming, pretty close though

I am trying to decide whether or not to get the 2000.1 or spend an extra 100 bucks and get a AQ2200D.

Its good for the cash he paid, but it sure does make ALOT of noise and its all the way in the back of his blazer, just humms alot, you can hear it over his engine. Runs **** good tho, keeps cold even after long hard runs, doesnt seem to need much battery as hes only got 2 yellow tops

is it me.....or do those aeros look like they're too close to the back of the box.....iirc you are supposed to have at least as much space between the port and back of the box, as the diameter of the port....otherwise, nice build

lol its just u there is like 10.5" from the back of the box to the port.

Cool deal though, have you done any testing in a crx before, curious if the port closer or further from the hatch would give the best nmber

nah just because its a crx doesnt make it loud. i expect around a 145-147 out of it. but wont sound nearly as loud as my truck.
