i'd do the big3 in 0 gauge, as you're pushing a lot of power, and 0 gauge run to the back, toss a fuse at the end of the wire to the 2400. and fuse the wire going to the amps.

what kind of stock alternator do you have in your car? most of the time the stock alternator would be fine, but if your car happens to have a smaller one, ide reccomend upgrading that too

Its a 1995 Mustang.

Its either a 90A or 110A or 130A.

I searched for it, but couldn't find it.

I found "replacement" alternators rated at 130A so I'm more leaning towards that.

I just looked at a online parts catalog and it says 130A so I'm assuming that.

Would KNU KLM wire be good for big 3?

X2 and this may just be my opinion but i say a run of 0ga for the negative also

Yes that wire would be fine, has a great price, i'm ordering 50ft tomorrow I think for my big3/batt

 
i'm also going to run negative from front to back, I can't seem to find a good grounding spot in the back as I bairly have room for the batt anyway
I got a huge trunk and lots of chassis ground.

I actually want to put my zx2500 under the back seats and just the second battery and MA Audio 4 channel in the trunk with the 2 and soon to be 3 subs.
