However, there is a point in which the box is too big, like 4x the vas or 2x the vas, I forget. And, the port area is only useful really up until just below the total sd of the drivers you're using. In win ISD 6cubic feet for a pair of brahma 15" isn't that much, really it suggests more like 12 cubic feet for a 22 hz tuning, but we're talking like 35 hz tuning or so for a bit more spl in this application. But, it's general consensus that large boxes to a certain point, with ports is the way to go to get SPL.</p></blockquote><p></p>
