Last year I got yanked for doing 75 in a 65 on the freeway. Told him I had brand new tires and the speedo was off. Said I had the cruise set at 68. Let me go with a warning. Moron.

lol. thats my story for my court date. i just had new tires installed (got the receipt for 'em too). there a little bit larger than recomended for my jeep, so im gunna try and say the speedometer was off. doubt it'll work, but its worth a try. and im sure the speedomoeter was off, but most likely like 2 or 3 miles an hour. even if he does buy it, idk if that'll help me any.

i seriously dont speed like i used to when i first got my license. hopefully i can pull the "ive matured a lot in the last 3 years" card and he'll let me off easy.

in my case they just wanted the money so they reduced it to imped speed 0 pts.

its the TVB courts, which are probably the worst courts around. little to no plea bargaining. its either your guilty or your not, and the fines/court fees arent cheap. your extremely lucky if you actually get them to reduce your fine/ points.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

i think there may of been justification on that one to call the cop a ****ing ******* and take off.
unless of course you did something else to piss him off. 4 over is crazy.

You think that is crazy? In my town there was a cop that ticketed his own mother....yes is own mother....ready for this?.....for 1 MPH over the posted speed limit!!! It takes a special kind of Dillweed cop to do that to his own mother.
