I know its simple but I thought I'd start easy. Here is the mold for a kick. More pictures to come as the project moves along.

cool man. looks like you got it soaked enough. big tip - ROUND those sharp corners or it will end up looking weird.

and sand down all the edges so they are nice and smooth too.

Thanks for the advice, it makes sense! I was just out cutting it, but I was wearing short sleaves and after about five minutes I had to call it a day.....

take a cold shower, im pretty sure you dont want that stuff getting in your pores

nother tip for that

when you cut the glass get some baby powder and rub it on your neck\arms\hands\face

it fills your pores with soft baby powder and does not let the fiberglass get into your skin.

Thanks for the tips. I am using a rotozip to cut it and it is working really well. Anyone else use a rotozip to cut it?

i used my cutoff tool for my compressor

i use a dremel with a bit made for cutting fiberglass
