My face when...

I'm not letting it go anytime soon. I usually don't take things on the internet that serious since, you know, its the internet and all, but this definitely hit a nerve. If he had felt bad about doing it then he should have kept it to himself. First he hated the dog, then all of a sudden he loved it and felt bad. I call BS. He wanted to look like a badass and found out quick that even the hardest people in the dome don't take animal abuse lightly. Now he's backtracking and trying to get rid of anything that had to do with the topic, either to make himself not look like the asshole he is or because he is truly worried about the repercussions of his actions.

Thanks to Omega, I have now submitted a report to PETA as well.

People, if you care about the safety of animals, contact PETA or ASPCA and tell them everything you can. PETA has this page, which also includes a form you can fill out.

crispin, otherwise known as 97_Blk_Accord, has a real name, Crispin Michael Schnur, and has a wife and children. Do you honestly think that this man's inability to process emotion only extends to his pets? Come on, don't be so nieve.

This is a post on another forum by crispin, showing what his house looks like on Google Earth: Homesteading Today - View Single Post - Google Earth Photo of Homestead

I suggest saving all of these images, and attaching them to your report to PETA. I also suggest getting the links to the original thread, and the thread on homesteadingtoday about the dog killing a chicken.

If I had access to the pictures of the doghouse, I would submit those as well, but so far no one seems to have anything. I will call ASPCA tomorrow. These are the numbers to all of his local police departments for everyone: Pelham Police Departments | Police Departments in Pelham, TN - YP.com

They're all far away, but police officers are legally obliged to investigate every crime they receive a report of. If you receive flak from the dispatcher, remind him/her that Crispin Schnur was in fact breaking the law, according to the following Tennesse state law statutes:

39-14-202 Cruelty to animals.(a) A person commits an offense who intentionally or knowingly:

(1) Tortures, maims or grossly overworks an animal;

(2) Fails unreasonably to provide necessary food, water, care or shelter for an animal in the person's custody;

(3) Abandons unreasonably an animal in the person's custody;

(4) Transports or confines an animal in a cruel manner; or

(5) Inflicts burns, cuts, lacerations, or other injuries or pain, by any method, including blistering compounds, to the legs or hooves of horses in order to make them sore for any purpose including, but not limited to, competition in horse shows and similar events.

(b) It is a defense to prosecution under this section that the person was engaged in accepted veterinary practices, medical treatment by the owner or with the owner's consent, or bona fide experimentation for scientific research.

© Whenever any person is taken into custody by any officer for violation of subdivision (a)(4), the officer may take charge of the vehicle or conveyance, and its contents, used by the person to transport the animal. The officer shall deposit these items in a safe place for custody. Any necessary expense incurred for taking charge of and sustaining the same shall be a lien thereon, to be paid before the same can lawfully be recovered; or the expenses, or any part thereof, remaining unpaid may be recovered by the person incurring the same of the owners of the animal in an action therefor.

(d) In addition to the penalty imposed in subsection (f), the court making the sentencing determination for a person convicted under this section shall order the person convicted to surrender custody and forfeit the animal or animals whose treatment was the basis of the conviction. Custody shall be given to a humane society incorporated under the laws of this state. The court may prohibit the person convicted from having custody of other animals for any period of time the court determines to be reasonable, or impose any other reasonable restrictions on the person's custody of animals as necessary for the protection of the animals.

(e)(1) Nothing in this section shall be construed as prohibiting the owner of a farm animal or someone acting with the consent of the owner of such animal from engaging in usual and customary practices which are accepted by colleges of agriculture or veterinary medicine with respect to such animal.

(2) It is an offense for a person other than a law enforcement officer acting with probable cause to knowingly interfere with the performance of any such agricultural practices permitted by subdivision (e)(1).

(3) An offense under subdivision (e)(2) is a Class B misdemeanor.

(f) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.

39-14-205 Intentional killing of animal.

(a)(1) A person who intentionally or knowingly unlawfully kills the animal of another, with the intent to deprive the owner of the right to the animal's life and without the owner's effective consent commits theft of that animal and shall be punished under § 39-14-105.

(2) In determining the value of a police dog under § 39-14-105, the court shall consider the value of the police dog as both the cost and any specialized training for such police dog.

(b) A person is justified in killing the animal of another if such person acted under a reasonable belief that the animal was creating an imminent danger of death or serious bodily injury to such person or another or an imminent danger of death to an animal owned by such person. A person is not justified in killing the animal of another if at the time of the killing such person is trespassing upon the property of the owner of such animal. The justification for killing the animal of another authorized by this subsection shall not apply to a person who, while engaging in or attempting to escape from criminal conduct, kills a police dog that is acting in its official capacity. In such case the provisions of subsection (a) shall apply to such person.

Its the age of the internet. If you put it online it can and will be found. There is nothing you can do about it.

I mean i know you feel like he did it wrong but keep posting threads and stuff. Then sharing personal knowledge of his family is over doing it. Keep it to pms. I mean i think what he did was wrong. But cant we keep **** like that to ourselves. How would you like it if i found all your personal stuff on the internet and put it all over the forums. Bet you would get a little mad.

this thread is (almost) worse than the one he put up with the actual pictures of the dog house. shame on you for bringing someone's whole family into something because you think that it is up to you to fix the world. get over yourself and your **** emotions.

That's not at all what's going on. I'm alerting authorities to laws being broken, and trying to get others involved. If you don't want to be involved, then don't be. It's as simple as that. This has nothing to do with me wanting to be a hero or being too emotional.

It's not my fault if some other crazy person does something crazy because they're crazy. I'm stalking no one. You don't have to like what I'm doing, but you also don't have to keep coming back to the topic to post about how you think this is a waste of time.

Seriously, this man broke Tennessee state statutes. Not only did he break the law, he broke the law where it matters. I'm sorry if you don't think of animals as sentient beings, but they are. Animals do not speak, but that does not mean they cannot think, feel, or perceive. They have conscious minds, and know what's going on. They're alive and shouldn't be seen as property for an owner to do with what he wishes. That's why they have laws against this sort of thing.

Get the fuck out if you don't care. I don't care that you don't care.

Crispin, is this what I think it is?

It's not hard to prove by EXIF data what images were taken with what camera, by the way. I've got pictures of your AK-47 saved now. I hope you get what's coming to you, sir.

Also, everything I've posted is easily accessible, PUBLIC information. If Crispin doesn't want his personal life on the Internret, he shouldn't have documented as such. I've got every aspect of my Facebook profile set to private. Do you? I'm also not the boogey man. What's wrong with posting a picture of somebody? Do you or anyone really think I'm some kind of serial killer that plans on trying to go smite down this man's children? I just want this man arrested for doing what he did. That's all.
