My connectors for my power/ground cables barely hold the cables in. Can I replace?

Ok, before I start, I don't know the terms for what I am saying.

Alright. On my amp (I have no idea if this is standard or not, so I'll assume no for the sake of this post) I have 3 little cubes that I hook my cables into. Power, remote, and ground. I have to use a Hex wrench set to loosen or tighten a little screw-type thing in these cubes. Now, when I put my power cable in the "power" cube, and use the correct size hex wrench to tighten that little screw-thing, it just doesnt get tight. It just spins forever. If I let go of the cable, it's barely in. I can just pull slightly, and out it goes. And I know I have the right size because I can loosen the screw-thing alot, to the point where it's almost out.

Can I fix this? What are these screw things called? Can I just buy some at a hardware store?
