i have a pioneer deh-2500 and i just installed it two days ago. I have all the wires perfectly correct and they are soldered together correctly. I was listening to my cd player tonight and I turned the volume up to like 30 and the thing just cut off. I checked the fuse in the cd player and it appeared to be fine. I also checked the fuses for the radio in the car and It was fine. I even put a new fuse in that car just to ensure it, but the cd player will not come back on. I tried unplugging the harness many times and even tried unplugging the battery and the cd player will not cut on. Any suggestions?

all I can suggest is check all the wires and joins again even if they apear connected, and if u have spare fuses, replace all of them even if they dont look blown, they still cld be.

Sounds most likely you blew a fuse somewhere.

Is there a BT, USB or other AUX option? May be time to convert your CDs to a solid sate option and use it until you replace the init altogether.
