im getting a stainless steel muffler but i dont want it to be shinny so is there a way i can paint it or dull it down i was thinking of useing por 45. also im getting a complete 2.5" straight through exaust for my 92 prelude with a jdm h22a and i was just wondering what its going to sound like if any one can give me some ideas cuz im just really getting worried that its going to sound really gay as in ricer like. i know its gonna be loud cuz its a straight through exaust but is it gonna be a deep tone or that horrible loud piched bee noise.

sounds no idea, but i guess, i dunno why you dont want it to be shiney, but you could always continuously rub it with a brick or something...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif seroiusly.

i just think it looks horrible so i want to dull it out. and i hope you guys dont think im talking about using something like regular paint.

well i already got it. it was the only one that was 2.5 inlet that didnt have a 4in" or bigger tip which really pissed me off plus it is dual tip which makes it look more stock sense the stock muffler is dual tip.

dont feel like going through the process to post a pic on here but if you wanna see it its on kteller.com and its the magnaflow 2.5in" dual tip. sandings what im thinking but using steel wool.

the more stock, the more sleep. isnt that what you want.

sorry i wrote that wrong, i meant that it pissed me off that all good mufflers have those huge tips that are 4in" or bigger. i really hate that why cant they make good mufflers with normal tips not everyone is a ricer.
