Got the amp in a trade from an installer friend. Not in perfect shape but not hacked up. Makes a lot of power, but is just too big and heavy for my install. Same chassis as the 1501D iirc. Works perfect, was run on components.

You can wire those subs up @8 ohms if they are both SVC4 ohm subs,and that amp will run fine after being tuned properly...

The 240 should be 2x40/ 2ch. rated at 11.9v. Should generate close to 50+ @14v rms. Only Rated @4 ohms bridged Mono.. Should be around 125 rms...
