MTX Thunder 1004 Old School 4 Channel Amplifier

Amp is used and in overall good working condition. It was refreshed by one of the guys on DIYMA (TrickyRicky) and did a nice job cleaning it up. I'd say maybe 7 out of 10. I do want you to know that the front right (if I recall correctly) channel has a very light "static" sound at low volume which is apparently an issue with the RCA input. It's a design flaw with these amps and pretty easily fixed. I neither have the time or desire to do so. This is an absolute BEAST of an amp. It's got 1/0 power inputs and will do 500x2 at 4 ohms and 14 volts. You'd be hard pressed to find a more powerful, cleaner amp for the price.

Yeah, it's still available. I had another amp that went up in smoke and started using this one again. I've now found a more suitable replacement so it's back up for sale.

The 1004 is a rare find but I already have a 7804 so let me know if you decide not to get the 1004. There's a 1501d I'm after anyway.

I plan on getting this 1004 unless I'm already too late. If you can fix these amps, I have a few (1501d & 801d) in need of repair.
