MTX and Xtant are owned by the same company, Mitek Corp...but MTX did use the Xtant Cooling Tech on their amps a couple of years ago(the ones that could change colors and blink to the music). They really were solid amps and very underated most of the time...didn't they buy xtant? or xtant's technology? guy at car toys told me that, which says very little.
