The mod allows really any ohm load to be accepted since its removing the protrection circuit. so you can tack on at least 15% more power than rated at 2 ohm and you get its final output...so around 1400-1500ish

Are these known to be underrated at all...? I may be interested, Im trying to run 2 dvc 2 ohm speakers and they are around 800 rms.

the watts would bee the same. Inless u give it 16.6 volts. The mod just removes the protection allowing it to take lower loads and higher volts without shutting off.
