Does anyone know how to make a form in word, where I can just enter in some info and it automatically lines up?

I have to enter in transactions for lines of accounting that are different lengths. There are three columns and I would like them all to align? Any suggestions?

use excel and transfer it into word

use excel, when your finished you can just copy and paste

note of warning when doing a graph do not use tyhe Box A-1

excel would be easier, but there is also format > tab. Each time you hit tab, the cursor will jump a predetermined distance.
