school, well not really living in phili, but about 10 miles southwest going to UTI, ill be up in phili on the weekends, my brother lives downtown.
he sold his car and bought a bike before he even moved there, he said it was the best move he ever made.

Ya, I went there, and I saw people riding bikes, getting to places faster, cheaper, safer, and easier than cars. I wondered why everyone doesn't do it.

yah. i'd love to not have to drive my car everyday, especially in the city where people drive like retards, and not having to worry about my shit get broken into.

If your car is nice, and you have car audio in it, it WILL get stolen. I'm in a "bad" part of Philly, right outside UPenn's campus. We are relatively safe honestly though. It is just the retards who walk back from frat parties or bars at 4am by themselves that get jumped. Learn to hate the sound of the trolleys and trolley horns, and love the SEPTA system during the day (so easy to travel around).
