I guess they only made 2000 of them and they never hit retail. I have one! Got it free from mountain dew and now I need a 360 for when Halo 3 (going to be the greatest game of all time) comes out!

It may be worth as much as a new xbox. Because it is used I would say it isn't worth any more than a brand new one from the store. The only reason it may be close is because even though it is used, someone may like the green box.
