There aren't any strict, formal "criteria" that magically assures you a mod position. It's a character judgement...a jury of your online peers decides whether you can hold the responsibility to help keep the place in line.
Rules of being a mod? Common sense...if you need to be told, ready for it you are not.

How mods help? There's a thread in the mod backroom exactly specifying how you work the system once you're a mod. Trust me, when you need to know you'll know.

you could mention the criteria of being a mod, the rules of being a mod, how mods help, as normal members we have no clue on how that works and behind the scene type stuff MODS actually do.

The mods can know everything there is to know, but if they're short tempered, immature and unreliable it won't matter. I definately don't think CJ should be considered. I don't remember the last time i saw him add actual content to a thread, he just pops in calls someone stupid or gives some useless comment.

Because just like everything else and every other thread on this forum, I find it entertaining.
