So far as I understand it, Bob was singled out to be included in the moderator staff because he took the time to try and help the forum improve by using the report post/thread function. And yes, you can express negative feelings, such as you dislike some aspect of the site or rules, in a positive manner. Pitch in and help make this site better, and maybe some day your support will be noticed in the same manner Bob's was.

that's not quite a realistic statement. There have been countless members of this fourm whom have contributed alot over the years that was never noticed, then they left. Just sayn'
