Seriously I'm not wanting to argue... especially where others can see it. I just have a few suggestions and constructive criticism. I do public relations in my day job. I'm quite sure I can help you out. There is a much simpler, more effective way to handle these changes so that everyone wins.

Actually, BOB has been saying for nearly 2 weeks or longer that he WILL be a mod that rubbed everyone the wrong way. The bob situation started prior to him being a mod.
