I know it is unlawfull to be able to watch video while driveing without the parking break ingaged.

how mutch is the fine?

who get's the fine the person that installed it?

the owner of the car?

or the owner of the shop of the person who installed it?

this is diffrent in every state. I think.

It depends on the state. Some states will actually impound your car and the fines are usually a little on the heavy side.

The person driving will get the ticket.

Could possibly come back on the shop or owner if they can prove that they installed it like that, but that would be highly doubtful.

You were actually dumb enough to get caught watching a video while you were driving (Which is stupid by the way)
not me you jack ***.

i installed a in-dash for a friend, her mother then come's up to me with her badge, gun, and handcuff's, ( she is a Salt Lake County Sheriff, showed me her i.d, badge and everything) wanting to arest me. then she said she was just jokeing but in all honesty it's a 50k fine here in utah, and i shoud be carefull to whome i do video bypasses for...

and then i asked here if she had a fresh pair of under drawer's
