Unfortunately, Unlimited Audio is closed, and so is Stereo Limited. Which leaves Columbus Car Audio. I've had good conversation with Stereo Limited; That guy was knowledgable. Columbus Car Audio (Dublin location and Morse Rd location) were just cash-register operators as far as I could tell. Mobile Electronics was like talking to a noob. The manager even offered up that I had a better understanding of the 'scientific' side of things than his salespeople. All I wanted to do was chat about enclosure tuning and impedances. (they also don't posess a voltmeter, apparently; they "set gains by ear.") And I'm still a rookie. And ya know, to further the point; They were completely unprofessional in the way they conducted themselves each and every time I went there. The manager, Dave seems genuine enough; But still never accomplished anything for me. Says he's gonna ream the installer for doing a bad job; But then denies me compensation?! And all the usual audio-shop hangups; No attentive employees, you've gotta stand there with your thumb in your *** for 20 minutes to purchase 10 feet of cable. I'm not sure what work you've seen, but I haven't seen anything good. I wish those pictures were still up; I'll repost them when I get to my camera. It's a total hackjob, man.
