What exactly is the mod? Do you know? I'm curious. o.o From the pics it looks like more SMPS filter capacitance, which would make a difference.

So that's 2500-2700 @ 1 ohm or 0.25? What will it do clean @ 1 and 2 ohm (14.4v), and how's the efficiency @ 1 ohm?

daily 1 ohm isn't recommended but the impedence rise on some sub setups allows it. I don't have exact specs for efficiency. The lower ohm ratings are for short burps and not for constint music playing. It will put out in the 2000-2200 rms at 1.4-2ohm load.
