well I have heard both of them & they are both clean efficient amps also I have heard good things about stetsom too. Why what do you have in mind besides them???

The Audioque 3500D should possibly be in the discussion aswell. A litte cheaper than both amps aswell..

Both are good amps, i would go with mmats though cuz the space i have to work with is limited, if u get it from the company u get a 3 year warranty.

Sundown saz-3000d. 2-year free replacement warranty and a 5-yr discount replacement warranty. Under-rated @ 12v. Will run 0.5ohm all day long. The best tech support & customer service there is. Has anyone mentioned that they're currently on sale for only $750 brand new. Contact your local dealer/rep.

Sundown is probably going to be a little cheaper, and have very good customer service. Mmats has good customer service as well, my friend blew one of his 3000.1's and they replaced it even though the damage was his fault because his voltage was dropping so low. Go with Mmats if you are looking to save on space though.

I'd personally take the Mmats over the Sundown.

I might argue with you on that as far as the best cc. That is debateable, but good products none the less..

I'm a fan of both but the Mmats does have a much smaller footprint and I believe one of the pioneers of Class D.
