Im getting a TC5200 and the wiring options for it are .3, 1.2 or 4.8 ohms.. obviously if I want to give the sub the power it deserves from this amp my best wiring option is .3 ohms.

Will the mmats run at .3 ohms or will it protect instantly?

If it doesn't protect, is it safe to run daily at this impedance or should I look into another amp?

I wouldn't really consider running this sub at 1.2 ohms, seeing as it wouldn't even be getting rms, especially after rise.

if your mmats won't my ab vfl will run .3... heard of it running .25 for burps... i wouldn't run that mmats under .5
How much power does it push at .3ohms?(.4DCR)

I would want 2500-3000watts to throw at the 5200, I just don't see that amp doing it.

Also the ab is a 1 ohm stable amp, the mmats is built for .5ohms.. I doubt that the AB will run .3 daily as good as the mmats.. I could be very wrong.
