Yeah, they pretty much ****, the customer wanted to use them though, my box versus the premade he had before still made a huge difference...

just a shame to see such a nice install/box with such shit equipment...good work though man

Hey guys,

I haven't done any projects in awhile but with the holiday time off I have started these, spent about 5 hours on them so far today. Special thanks to handcrafted for teachin me some of these skills!

Anyway onto the pics!!

Paper Layout and Original Template...

Then after a few skipped steps in order to protect how things are done...

Painted Plexi insert and wrapped trim piece

Inserted Speaker

The bottom wood piece is for when I make the kick pod then filler will be appliedup to the edge of the trim piece using the foam tape trick and then it will act as a tight fit insert...

I have yet to wrap the trim piece on the other one, but here the are exact copies of one another...
