Minor Consumption

Hey Hey Guys long time no see right?

Here is a dilema I am having.

I got a minor consumption ticket about 2 months ago. My Court date is the 30th of Oct. WEll I know with speeding tickets if you go and he isnt there you can say you didnt do it, how about with minor consumption does that happen the same way?

What are some things I can do to get out of it and also can i ask to do community service instead of pay fines?

Im just kind of lost about what options i have. Anyone that knows please let me know! THanks!

Your ****ed then, if a test was given and shows any alcohol in your system and your under age your ****ed weather it be 0.00001/2 your only hope would be him not showing up to get it thrown out im guessing

I'd go speak with the prosecuting attorney and ask them what your options are.

Tell them you would like to do community service.

Community service can be a real pain in the *** more so than paying a

$100 fine..

Illegal consumption is a lil different than a speeding ticket and don't listen to internet rumors.. just cause the cop doesnt show up doesnt guarantee you anything..

They actually schedule cops here 1 day a month to show to court dates and schedule all the cops dates for that day. Should he not be able to make it they will take your plea then will reschedule for the next date he is available //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif and actual criminal offenses like underage cunsumption they will not miss the date as it is something more than a moving violation.

Court hours are OT, OT pay is $$$$$....

Ask if there is a deviation route, as in ARD, classes or Community Service, sometimes you can get it taken off your record after this.

He was joking. 2.5 is shitfaced. Hell 3.0 is where they will pump your stomach at some hospitals. 4.0+ = death in most cases.
