Min Vs. Optimal air space in sealed boxes

The subs I want is .48 min and .82 at optimal, I have a truck and trying to fit these under seats, the max airspace in a sealed box I can get is around .53, what will be the effect of not getting optimal air space, I could get .59 if I use 5/8 mdf, any suggestions
