Alright...

I bought an amp off of MillionBuy a while back... It showed up defective right?

So I got an RMA# and got it shipped back pronto... I shipped it 3 weeks ago, and have not heard a word from them... So I emailed the guy who had been helping me (very helpful BTW) and all he said was "There are no new notes for your return. As soon as the inspection has been completed an e-mail will be sent out to you."

............ I'm just kinda worried... The whole exchanging w/ online products....

millionbuy is usually a great seller

Did you pay with a CC?

I would call Millionbuy and tell them to send a new unit immedialty

or credit your card for the entire sale and walk away........

RMA numbers are more for warrenty items not DOA items,if you get a DOA

item it should be replaced as soon as its returned.......

it took about a month on my amp etc...because they had to test it and crap....the best bet is to call them...its a lot faster then email and you can get more of a direct question from them....they are good company with good customer service in my opinion...but i would call.

i have had good experience with them as well.

also, people rely too much on email. use the phone. its always quicker and phone calls dont get forwarded to a spam folder to never have the intended recipient hear your complaint...

I bought my Pioneer 690UB from them, arrived quickly, it's still not hooked up though (hope it works). Also bought an amp a long time ago and it worked fine. Haven't dealt with their CS department, but like everyone else said you're best off giving them a call.
