Okay, first you called him a junkie in your post before this. Judging from the picture you can't tell how many times he uses. Maybe he take a hit a year, does that make him a junkie? Any how can this athlete and his use be compared to a bus drivers and their use. It's not like he's mid-olympics and this picture came up from inbetween sessions. So 40 years down the road if a picture of him showed up taking a bong rip does that mean he should have his medals stripped?

Just because he's a role model for what he's accomplished doesn't mean he is putting people in danger by using pot.

Weed is going to be legalized in the next decade, none of this lifetime bullshit. It's happening now and it's happening soon, just watch where public opinion is going.

The government is soon going to have to. They have no choice and they know it.

My guess is five years, but what happens in Oregon at the end of the year could be a major step.

I wouldnt compare a swimmer to bus drivers and doctors, thats ignorant. If the bus drivers or doctors go home and smoke on their own time, that doesnt mean they should go to jail or get fired. If your so **** uptight why dont you complain to the press that published it the photo. Clearly if you read the story it states his people tryed everything not get it published.

It dosen't matter what happens at the state level right now. Example in California how the DEA busts down all those supposed "legal" dispensaries and seize all the pot all the time. Obama has said that he will let states do what they want, but who knows if that will actually happen.

I smoke weed, and I have lifetime goals that I accomplish. Matter of fact I will be graduating college this year with high honors. I am saving money to buy me a house, and almost have my Durango paid off in half the loan period. I am very responsible for myself and every once in a while I will light up a bowl and have a little feel-good time.

Weed is a great way to alleviate some stress every now and then.
