Please contact us using the methods listed. I will no longer be answer questions like these on the forums as this is no longer out policy. Not to upset anyone, it just makes this whole transition to a new two separate buildings and a new data base much easier to work with. Having all of the information in one central location is much easier and faster to deal with and answer questions.@pro-rabbit, update me on my enclosure.
Not to mention most of the time I"m on the forum is from home or on my phone. I'm not on much when I'm actually working.
However Somchine13, your payment cleared late on Friday and all though it was put in the build que over the weekend, we only work a half day on Sat and are off on Sunday. Monday was spent moving as we told you and Tuesday was spent setting up the new wood shop. To my knowledge the electric was finally turned on some time yesterday, but I have not checked on anything as we have been rearranging the offices and trying to get our new computer program up and running. So by emailing Orders@DC-Creations.com it will get directed to the correct personnel who can give you an eta on your enclosure. We do have a built in lead time for our builds as always, but typically get them out sooner, however, there are set backs as with any company and moving locations of the wood shop as turned out to be one of those set backs.
