how does it compare in size to a Memphis ST1000D ...I have one here ...I wanted to see if I could even make your amp fit where I need it...I know ht and width are the same I wasn't sure about length I don't have a tape handy

I sat the Memphis 1000 in and it fit like it belonged....this amp I think is a little smaller and would fit even better....

Yeah even for a local deal the 150 sticks, I have a crossfire VR404 for 120 local, I sold my other 404 earlier in the week.
