i used urethane(i let it sit for 4 hours) and ca glue around the edge to seal it down nicely. hopefully it turns out fine.

well it turns out it is still making noises. and i know that the problems is. its those **** VC plugs that only 3 companies i know use :/

I dont think i can rip this cap off easily without tearing up the cone. i may have to invest in a recone //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

hopefully no buzz this time

this is my favorite part, its the spare wheel screw, so my box is fully secured to the frame //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

when mounting the box with the spare tire nut, what seals the hole in the box the bolt is going through?

might as well upgrade to the mag v4
His box is too big, but he could always put something in it to take up that extra .3 cuft.

Other than that, very nice build, I like the idea of using the spare tire holder to secure the box down, was definitely a good idea. My only other concern is how hot the amps get being covered, but I am sure you thought that one out too.
