Mechless touchscreen with bluetooth?

Is this still a rarity?

I'm sure there are others worth considering but the Jensen DMX5020 is about all I've found (other than the Soundstream/Boss types.)

I may still buy a unit with a DVD player...just don't really need it.

I prefer non-motorized, double-din.
