You need to make it dude. I'll probably stop going to shows as soon as I get my 35 points. I'm not going to be the points champioin anyways.

I'm getting married, its taking all my money. besides, I can't seem to get past 139.8 at the headrest in this honda civic in a street 1 setup. We'll see though, I'm working on box plans and equipment selection as we speak

OP: how'd you do in street 1? you still using the L7?

Got 2nd. Bud is the only guy that has been able to beat me so far and since he also lives in Louisville and beats me at every show lol.

Nope the L7 is gone. Type R's are quite a bit louder. A lot of people have had similar results to mine. TommyK said that his L7's stay in the closet now:laugh:

Yes they are Lanzar Opti15's and a Lanzar Opti6000. Wish I could have made it but had too much work to do on the house. Soon enough Ill make it to one of the shows this year.

I only have 2500w. A bigger sub might hurt me. It's also a loud *** sub for $200. It burps well, but can only handle the power for a limited time on music.
