isn't a flame forum for this exact kinda thing? and i only did this to vent a little AFTER answering his questions a thousand times.....which is really un-nerving cause he belongs to a couple different car audio forums....y bug me with im's(instant message..so no-one gets confused again) about the exact same questions?

honestly..i didn't....i looked around first, then posted...i'm sure i did ask some of the same questions...BUT when i signed up here, there wasn't nowhere near the ppl and responses we have now...also, i only asked the same question once..unless i was confused w/ a technical part of the answer...

Yeah that is annoying, but ya gotta remember that they are mostly new to this, they don't know any better. Remember when you were first starting? I woulda probably asked the same type of ?'s.

Best 'sub' 'amp' 'comps' etc etc.. really pisses me off cause there is no 'best'.. if there were, no one would be buying other high end stuff, just 'the best'.. There are several options for any given component in a price range and each differs slightly on personal taste or spicifics (SPL, SQ, etc that Alphafrog1 pointed out)..

The other thing I hate? 'Build me a system for $XXX'.. *sigh* Here's a thought, do some friggin research! find some stuff you think you might like and THEN ask ppl if they know anything about it, if it's any good, etc.. If all you want to do is toss $XXX dollars at a system, go to the local car audio store and hand them the cash and say you'll be back in 2 hours..

i think they're asking for an opinion so give them one!!

what you really got to hate is people who say certain products are crap or have

no SQ when they haven't used the product in question.

yea but i think its ok to ask that question on here, cuz you will get the biggest variety of responses, and it will be the best you can get. that is the ONE general question that i dont mind....
