Fiercetimbo17's super nice saw.
My first box, all cut thanks to JD
1.4 cubes at 33 Hz
I did most of the cuts on the second one with djman37's help
4 cubes at 30hz
Tim and I putting my 1st box together until the wee hours of the night
9.25" cutouts, Tim's Bosch router.
A thing of beauty.
I'll be buying the corner and wood clamps to put the 4 cubes at 30hz together
myself at home. Thanks for the lessons guys. These are built with 7 ply 3/4" Birch
from Lowes, I cannot recommend it, try to find 11 ply or 13 ply baltic.
Box specs on the one we built:
33hz 1.4 cubes

box gross 27 x 13 x 16.5 = 2.546
port wood .75 x 11.5 x (11.75 + 20.5 + 5.25= 37.5) = 323.4375 = .1872
port volume = .7445
speaker displacements .11 + .11 = .22
Displacements 1.1517
net 1.3943
Top 27" x 16.5"
Bottom 27" x 16.5"
side 16.5 x 11.5
side 16.5 x 11.5
front 23 x 11.5
p1 11.75"
p2 20.5"

Thanks again, and anyone who wants to build this box, feel free, that's
why I posted the specs. Should work for fi q ssd bl, ayton HO and AQ sdc2.5
(unknown cutout requirement for aq); and probably many others I'm leaving out.
