MBQ DCD 113 problem?

i got a problem with my right front speaker. Its a MB Quart DKD 113 its making a rattling sound so i when and looked at it. The rubber surrounding on the top has come off the frame. is there anyway i can glue this back on w/o having to send it in for repair? i sent them in once and it hasnt been 6months since then and its falling apart again. plz help
