Both are very good speakers. I would probably personally take the MB Quarts...but the Diamonds arent bad speakers..listen to both, that should help you determine your decision.

Quart midrange/bass drivers are a bit lacking IMO.The tweeters are fine and the crossovers are excellent.. The IDs are simply awesome.. The crossover could use a bit more effort in the design but the comps themselves are a badass buy.
