HAT is the forum Boner speakers, 7 out 10 really do not like the speakers out of the box. you would not believe the guys i know that bought HAT and got rid of them...

Well I'm not HAT hater Scott makes good speakers, but so many more better sounding speakers and way lower cost.

My favorite is his the L4, and L8 the other aaaahhhh he can keep them.

if you got the Imagines or L6's you will be sorry ever guy that tested the CK6 mid to the L6 picked the sound of the CK6 mid...

So in the price range u suggest the massives? I'm not bias to either. I have some infinity kappa sperfects n need some new components...

Well I never got the CK mids so I wouldnt know I would be running the VK mids and CK tweets

For the price, I'm happy with my CK6's. The mid is versatile and worth while. Might try the Scanspeak Discovery for a quick minute instead of the Imagines after reading this.

Bn'R, what is it that you don't like about them? I was led to believe that their tonal quality and signal reproduction was great in the >$400 range.

Haven't auditioned them yet, myself, so I can't judge.

Which ones? I was just pissed with the HAT's cuz I couldnt unscrew them lol
