If you can wait me and my friend have a 15 mag and 15 tc-3000, mine being the 3000. and we might compare them this weekened, his with around 1300 watts mine with 1700. obviously mine is probably gonna be louder but im gonna compare how well it plays each song.

You really cant compare the two subs if theyre not in the exact same environment...

Cars Transfer Function + Box design will have a much bigger effect on sound quality (mainly frequency response) and output than the difference between those 2 drivers
