Go single flare aero, make a daily port and a SPL port

Neither. You should be looking more around two x 6" aeros or 100 square inches of slot port in a burp box. Is this part of that quest for 160 dB you mentioned in your sig?

I know that most of the time same size areos louder, but 30ish to 45 is a big jump

In a properly built wall, Aeros are not louder.

In a "mad spl box" Aeros are louder.

I have never fooled with either slot or aero for a room.

I then cannot offer any help.
