Well as many of you know I was part of the designing and prototyping of this speaker. Mark has sent me the production model to play with and I must say I am impressed. The things that concerned me ( the spider spacer and a few other things ) have been addressed and this driver is stunning. There are some hidden features about this thing, chamfered pol i think and some neat glue joints that make this driver AMAZING For its price range.

We all know this driver is made in china, however the build quality of this driver is stunning. Wonderful glue joints and nice spiders make this thing beatiful.

super strong terminals, you do need a pair of needle nose to adjust them out of the box tho

mmmmm sexy. i see they are finally up on SSA. i remember mark saying it was going to be in the mid 200 range. its surpassed that. but for a sub this beefy, 300+ is worth it. i wouldnt doubt it if it gives Fi, Re, and DD a run for it. Like to see some vids ASAP!!!!!!

yea i think the pricing went up b/c of some features loyd wanted to incorporate into the driver, i never was told what it was, but whatever it was helped lower coil rock

the solid backplate aids in cooling as the closed design is the most effiecient
