ma hk-4000d vs. soundstream picasso 3500d vs. earthquake phd5000w

New to the forums, compiling my system for an upcoming local car show. I've got 2 12'' cerwin vega strokers (2000rms each, 2ohm), polk db6750 components for the front, diamond audio d661i for the rear deck and now just need the amps to power all these goodies. The amps in question for the subs are ma audio hk-4000d, soundstream picasso 3500d, earthquake phd5000w, power acoustik's sl5500d, as well as massive audio's p3000.1 amp. I've heard the ma needs a lot of juice otherwise it'l shut itself off, any truth to this? These amps are all in the same price range and I just need help narrowing them down. Any suggesstions on a good and relatively inexpensive 4 channel for the interior speakers, each speaker is 100w rms and is 4ohm.

Do you have the electrical to keep up with such a massive amp?

Eh, I had a buddy with the soundstream picasso amp and he didnt like it at all. His MTX 1501d gave more power to his subs. As for the MA, its not as efficient as the Earthquake, I wouldnt go with it. As far as the earthquake, its a great amp, but I hear people say they have run into problems with it overheating and breaking down. I've spoke with a few people who have used several of their amps and they said they have never had any problems. As for the massive audio, I haven't heard anything about it, but being that they got some great stuff i would assume, and hopefully its a correct assumption, that it would also be a great product. I'd go between the Massive or Earthquake.

if u can mod the MA amp id go with it. but if u cant stick with the SS.

MA works best at 17v at .7 ohm

That massive amp is supposed to be real nice. I used to run a 1000 watt massive amp and it would do every bit of 1000 watts.

MA Audio is not massive. Massive audio is different from MA Audio..I believe the MA stands for Mobile Authority, not positive though. Shoot if it was a massive audio amp then i'd say go for that.

MA is separate from Mobile authority, same anaba group parent though.

Dont bother running the HK4000D if you dont have the electrical to back it, it will either shut off or go into convulsions.

so your saying the stroker is dual 4ohm and your wiring it a 2ohm load? or what
